Checking a property against public data is free for you. In future we may earn a fee in two ways:
- Referrals. If you choose to use a lawyer, mortgage broker or currency service we introduce, they may pay us a referral fee. That never changes your price.
- Paid help. We may offer paid services later, such as ordering documents for you. Any price will be shown clearly before you pay.
What money never changes
- What we tell you about a property. We report what the public records show, including things a seller or agent would prefer you didn’t see.
- Our guides. We don’t take payment to be mentioned in a guide.
- Your email. We don’t sell it or share it.
